This runs on a Wednesday evening from 1800 to 2000 through out the Summer, we have contracted one of the Isle of Wights top life guard trainers in to run the programme, so if you think your kids would like to get involved, sign them up. The courses follow the basic adult programme, learning about what a life guard does, and everything they do, the only thing we require is that the anyone wishing to do these courses have a good level of swimming ability we will do the rest and we will provide wetsuit etc.
