Brief History

Having grown up in Northern Ireland I spent many hours windsurfing / surfing and sailing around cold waters of the Irish coastline in some of the best conditions in the UK. I realized very early on that I wanted my future profession to somehow revolve around the water and watersports seemed the perfect vocation.

I gained most of my professional qualifications in 1994 then spent the following 7 seasons running and managing a windsurfing / surfing / diving school in the Caribbean on the beautiful island of Barbados,  It was the most idyllic lifestyle that anyone could possibly wish for.  I could surf dive and sail every day !

I have now been involved in watersports for over 10 years, and have worked in some of the most amazing countries, I am highly competitive, competing in many UK and overseas windsurfing competitions and am one of the Worlds highest level windsurfing Trainers.

Having now made the Isle of Wight my home I am lucky enough to be able to live the dream making a living at what started out as a hobby. Along the way I have been fortunate to meet a lot of very like minded people who all strive to meet the demands of a very professional industry.

So come on down and say hello and I will see you down at the beach.
